The One Person Company
The hours nobody counts

The clients left at six. You are still at the desk.

Messages, quotes, the invoice you meant to send. Nobody pays for these hours. The business runs on them anyway.

What we do

Six things. You will need two of them, and we will tell you which two.

01

Your first hire

  • A trained assistant working your hours, whether that is New York, Sydney or Bali
  • Every enquiry answered inside the hour, in your words
  • Follow up on day 3, day 7 and day 14, then the file closes
  • Your calendar, your reminders, your list, held by someone else
02

Instagram, handled

  • Three posts a week, written and designed, approved in one batch
  • A weekly roadmap of what you do, built backward from the outcome you want
  • Stories planned across the week, not improvised at midnight
  • Daily engagement on the accounts your people already follow
  • Every message answered the same day it arrives
03

The website or store

  • Built for your work, never from a template
  • Booking, payment and intake wired in and tested
  • Live in weeks, and kept running after launch
04

Follow up and records

  • One inbox for Instagram, email and the website form
  • A client record shaped around how you actually work
  • Sequences that run whether or not anyone remembers
05

Reviews

  • Asked for the same afternoon the work ends
  • Every review replied to, including the hard ones
  • Your profiles kept accurate everywhere people look
06

Ads and the numbers

  • A revenue projection before a dollar is spent
  • Meta ads built, run and reported in plain language
  • Last on the list on purpose, because paid traffic into a leaking business just loses money faster
Two ways in

Some people need help sailing the boat. Some need the boat built first.

$500 USD a month, to start out

You have the idea and not much else. Content, positioning, and a plan simple enough that you can actually stick to it. We build the thing before you take it out.

$1,500 USD a month, already running

The work is there and the week is drowning you. The assistant, plus whichever of the six you are missing.

Nobody is too early for us. Early is cheaper to fix.

No setup fee, no annual contract, one month notice either way. You can stop whenever it stops being worth it.

How it starts

One conversation, free, and you keep what comes out of it.

30minutes
  • Where your week is leaking, named specifically
  • The three fixes worth doing first, in order
  • What each one costs and what it should return
  • An honest answer on whether you need us yet

No deck, no proposal, nothing pointed at you afterwards. If the answer is not yet, we say not yet and you keep the list.

When this is the wrong thing to buy
You want more followers. That is a different purchase.
The work itself is the bottleneck, not the admin around it.
You would rather do it all yourself, which is a real answer.
Who you are talking to

I am Navum. I run this from Delhi, and for the first clients the assistant is me.

I run my own practice alongside this one, so the second shift is not something I read about. It is my Tuesday night too.

Everyone who does this work trains on real accounts, mine first, before they go near yours. We are new, which is the honest thing to say, and it is why the early clients get me directly rather than a process.
